The Gardner family’s 40-year-old, full-service commercial real estate company specializes in the development of retail centers, multi-family residential, office, industrial, and medical campuses. The company has developed over 30 million square feet with construction costs totaling over $4.3 Billion. Gardner Group is also the developer of Summit Vista, an independent senior living and continuous care community in Utah, recently named as one of the Best Independent Living Communities by U.S. News and World Report. In 2018 the subsidiary, rPlus Energies was established. The latest addition to Gardner Group is a partnership initiated in 2021 with Philo Ventures, which innovates and invests through a studio, a fund and exploring sustainable building ideals.
